The brickmaker is building the biggest developing country - INDIA with unusual skills and wisdom. The successful application of Rubber Mold for colored floor tile has taken the place of old traditional hydraulic way, which brings a revolution and sets the pace for the tile manufacturing.

Customers' acceptance and market demand is convincing. In order to meet this demand, the mold developed are for tiles used in squares, sidewalks, parks, car parks, lawns, etc. We have exported more than 20 million pieces. This technology has been applied in INDIA for more then 10 years, which is characterized by a smooth surface, internal density, high quality, anti-wear, fadeless and so on.

By using this rubber mold, tile maker will have simple craft, low cost and big output. The entire process is completed by two vibration tables. Surface material ratio: 50kg cement + 75kg coarse + 2kg red pigment + 2kg super plasticizers, mix them up and put about 800g into the mold, vibrating for 6 seconds then strickling off, waiting for 20 minutes, adding ground material, again 6-second vibration and strickling off, put indoor for 3-4 days nature maintenance, demould and air-dried.
